Eight years ago, I stumbled across my first SLR camera in a friend’s car and quickly became fascinated by photography. Photography allows me to capture unique images and moments, while additionally providing a medium through which to express myself artistically. I have experience working with various films and digital formats ranging from 35mm SLRs to medium format cameras with digital backs. My professional experiences span commercial advertising, weddings, lifestyle, sports, and fine arts photography.

I am currently employed as a full-time photographer at Extant Photography and Associates located in Burlington, VT. This position has afforded me the opportunity to utilize my artistic vision and skills within commercial advertising, weddings, music venues and winter sporting events. Further professional experiences include fashion shoots for national and international clothing companies, as well as landscape, action-sport, commercial and product photography. My work has been featured in commercial catalogues, magazines and websites, and also employed for branding purposes.

In 2008, I completed my bachelor’s degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design with a specialization in photography from Champlain College in Burlington, VT.

Presently, my interests are in photojournalism, portraits, lifestyle, and unique landscapes. I also enjoy exploring the nuances of aged cameras such as Brownie, Polaroid, Holga, Diana, and my newly discovered spy camera!
